So what do I do when I'm stressed? Bake. So I decided to make cupcakes for my class since we had a test on Valentine's Day and it was brutal. I made chocolate cupcakes with pink swiss meringue buttercream icing. My class is all male, yep I'm the only female in the class, so I think they are going to wonder why the icing is pink. But, I think they turned out wonderful and tasty so who cares.
I just love my new camera. The pictures are amazing. It makes everything I create look perfect.
